She has managed $500M+ product categories at Pottery Barn, Smith & Hawken, and BCBG Max Azria, driving strategic expansion, category development, and omnichannel marketing. A data-driven leader with a sharp aesthetic eye, Jessica excels at curating compelling assortments, optimizing inventory, and scaling e-commerce operations.
In 2018, she shifted from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship, founding Upcycled Consulting to help brands navigate sustainability, product development, and digital strategy. She has since built and managed assortments from the ground up, managing via Shopify stores and retail pop-ups alike. She has led emerging brands to rapid growth, proving her ability to drive impact in both large-scale and startup environments.
